The provisions of the Austrian General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH) apply to the reservation.
We require written confirmation by post, email or fax. The reservation is then confirmed after the receipt of an agreed deposit by bank transfer within 14 days.
All prices are given in euro and are exclusive of the statutory visitor’s tax (from 15 years old)
Cancellation rule: 3 months to 1 month before the agreed day of arrival: 40% cancellation fee.
1 month to 1 week before the agreed arrival date: 70% of the agreed package price.
1 week before or no-show: 90% of the whole package price
The deposit will always be retained in case of cancellation or the outstanding cancellation fee (after deduction of the deposit) will be charged.
In the event of an early departure, 100% of the full price will be charged.
